  • If your pet passed at a veterinary clinic, ask the staff about cremation options as many clinics may be able to work closely with our services.

Decide on the Type of Cremation

  • Private: Your pet is cremated alone, and only their ashes are returned.
  • Communal: Pets are cremated together, and ashes are not returned.

Choose Memorial Options

  • Select an urn, keepsake jewelry, paw print impression, or other tribute items if desired.
  • Consider whether you’d like to scatter, bury, or display your pet’s ashes.

Arrange Transportation, & Gather Information

  • Confirm whether the cremation service will pick up your pet from your home, or coordinate from a veterinary clinic or be an approved drop off.
  • If you’re transporting your pet yourself, contact us to ask about proper handling and arrival times.
  • Share your pet’s name, weight, and type of service you’d like.

Await the Return of Ashes (If Chosen)

  • Private cremations usually take a few days to a week.
