  • What can I do with my pet’s ashes?

    Families often choose to:

    • Keep them in a decorative urn
    • Scatter them in a meaningful location
    • Place them in a memorial garden
    • Create keepsakes such as jewelry or paw print molds
  • Do you offer memorial or keepsake options?

Yes. Many families choose urns, engraved nameplates, paw print impressions, or keepsake jewelry to honor their pet’s memory. Please contact us for options.

  • What is pet cremation and how does it work?

Pet cremation is a dignified process that uses high heat to return your pet’s body to ashes. Throughout the process, careful tracking and identification ensure you receive your pet’s ashes if you’ve chosen a private or partitioned cremation.

  • How do I arrange for my pet’s cremation?

If your pet passes at home, you can contact us directly to arrange a pickup or bring your pet to our facility. If your pet passes at a veterinary clinic, we often work directly with the clinic to coordinate care.

  • How long does the process take?

Most cremations are completed within 3–7 business days. If you’ve chosen a private cremation, the ashes are carefully returned to you in an urn or temporary container.

  • What memorial options are available?

We offer a variety of keepsakes such as:

    • Custom urns and boxes
    • Engraved nameplates
    • Paw or nose print impressions
    • Memorial jewelry with a portion of ashes
    • Photo frames and tribute items
  • Can I pre-plan pet cremation services?

Yes. Some families choose to make arrangements in advance so they feel prepared when the time comes. Pre-planning allows you to decide on the type of cremation, memorial products, and payment options ahead of time. Please contact us to dicuss pre-planning options.
