Obituary

With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of our beloved WillowKate Beascoechea, who departed this world on November 11, 2025, at the age of 9. WillowKate was born on December 30, 2015, in the sunny embrace of Winter Haven, FL, a place that will forever hold her cherished memories.

WillowKate was not just a dog; she was a vibrant spirit, a ray of sunshine that brought joy to every corner of the Beascoechea household. Her bubbly personality and unwavering loyalty made her the center of attention, and it was clear she had a special place in the hearts of her family: her loving mom Amy, and her adoring family members, Steve, Bryce, Gracie, Samantha, and Hannah.

Every day with WillowKate was an adventure filled with love and laughter. Whether it was a leisurely walk through the Florida sunshine or a spontaneous car ride with the windows down, she embraced each moment with her signature hyper enthusiasm. She relished the breeze that flowed through the car as she looked out with her playful derpy smile, reminding everyone of the simple joys of life.

At home, she ruled her canine companions with a gentle but firm paw, always ensuring they knew she was the Top Dog. She was the ringleader of her furry friends, guiding them through playful escapades and keeping them in line with her loving but assertive presence. No toy was loved more than her squeaky toys, her sticks, and her cherished grey bunny, which she carried around with pride and affection.

Though she adored the great outdoors, her unique personality shone through in her aversion to water. While many dogs might leap joyfully into the waves, WillowKate would prefer the warm sunshine and the rustling grass beneath her feet. She found joy in every stick and squeaky toy, truly embracing what it meant to be a dog.

In her quieter moments, WillowKate was always there for Amy, keeping her company on long work-from-home days, proving time and time again that her love was as loyal as it was boundless. She knew how to make even the bleakest days brighter with her vibrant spirit and heartwarming demeanor.

As we remember our sweet WillowKate, we take solace in knowing that she filled our lives with unconditional love and countless memories. She will forever be missed but never forgotten. Rest sweetly, dear WillowKate, our precious girl. You brought so much joy, and your spirit will remain forever in our hearts.
